Sportsmanship Award – Magnetar Heats 2026
We are incredibly proud to share that Elevé Academy of Dance was awarded the Sportsmanship Award at Magentar 2026. This special award recognises the respect, positivity, and team spirit shown by our dancers throughout the competition. It reflects not only their talent, but the supportive and encouraging environment we are so proud to create at Elevé. A huge well done to all of our dancers for representing the school with such professionalism and kindness — we are so proud of you all.
Qualification for Dance World Cup – Team Wales 2026
We are incredibly proud that 31 dancers from Elevé Academy of Dance have qualified for the 2026 Dance World Cup, representing Team Wales as they prepare to compete against the best in the world this July. Special congratulations to A Million Dreams, Aurora Clancy, Addison Banks, Romi Bradwick, Rosalie Haines, Harley Nolan-Adams, Lillian Haines, and Ella Burgess, who won the Wales Qualifier, becoming 1st in their categories across the whole of Wales — an outstanding achievement. We wish all our dancers the very best as they take to the international stage.
Best of Welsh Business Awards – Finalist 2026
We are incredibly proud to announce that Elevé Academy of Dance, at only 2 years old, has been named a finalist in the Best of Welsh Business Awards 2026 for Best Dance School! Being recognised at such a prestigious event so early in our journey is a huge achievement and a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication of our staff, dancers, and families. Congratulations to everyone who has been part of this amazing journey — the future is bright for Elevé Academy!
Qualification to the All England Regional Finals
A huge congratulations to our Junior Lyrical Group – "Snow Angel", who won their category at the Centre Stage Competition in the Junior Lyrical/Modern/Contemporary Group section. They also achieved the qualification mark for the All England Regional Finals and will be heading to Cheltenham in May 2026 to compete. We are so proud of your hard work and beautiful performance — good luck girls!
Exam Success
We are incredibly proud of our dancers who took their Acrobatic Arts, ISTD, and RAD exams in December 2026. All students achieved 100% Merits and Distinctions across Ballet, Acrobatics, Tap, and Jazz — an outstanding accomplishment. This is a fantastic achievement for both our pupils and the school. Well done to everyone involved!
Best Choreography Award – St David's Festival of Dance
A huge and very special congratulations to Ellie Jones for winning the Best Choreography Award at St David's Festival of Dance. This is an incredible achievement and a true testament to Ellie's creativity, vision, and talent. To be recognised for choreography at this level is something truly special, and we could not be prouder. A fantastic accomplishment for both Ellie and Elevé Academy of Dance — well done!
Highest Mark Awards – St David's Festival of Dance
An incredible achievement for Elevé Academy of Dance at the St David's Festival of Dance. "Neverland's Clock" was awarded the highest scoring classical group, while Ella Burgess achieved the highest scoring solo of the entire festival — an outstanding accomplishment. To receive the top marks across the whole competition is truly exceptional. We are so proud of these amazing achievements — well done!
Stars of Tomorrow Invitation – Elevé Academy of Dance
We are thrilled to announce that our Junior Lyrical Group – "Snow Angel" was invited to perform at the Stars of Tomorrow show, which celebrates the best dance schools in Wales and gives young dancers the opportunity to shine on the prestigious stage of the Wales Millennium Centre. Following their amazing performance, Elevé Academy has been invited back in 2026 to perform their new contemporary group, "Send in the Clowns". A huge congratulations to all the dancers involved — this is a remarkable achievement.
